| This year is the School Boy Class goin to race in the afternoon with the big quads ? GNCC and all the other Indiana series do this, it makes them better riders. Less than an hour in the youth class is not worth the expense. | |

| I would support this move 1000% !
We missed a few races because of scheduling last year. Long drive + early start = bad combination. lol!
My son plans to run all of the races this year in Schoolboy. Please move it to the adult race!
Thanks, Kellen's Dad #426 Schoolboy 13-15 ATV |

| OK I spoke with Mike about this. When we have a two day event with bikes one day and quads a seperate day we would have a morning race with the C & D riders and an afternoon class with the Pro, A & B riders we will move the schoolboy class up with AM race. On one day events we will not move them up. We feel that putting them out with the Pro, A, B, C and D class at the same time is not something that should be done. It would have them on the last line and before they have an opportunity to make there 1st lap and learn the course they are being caught by the leaders and this could provide an unsafe condition for all. They do not need that pressure at this point in there careers. And we want the race outcome not to be determined due to an unfortunate accident. | |

| Will the schoolboy still be part of the youth overall? I know there was discussion of maybe of having seperate overalls champs.......... One for schoolboy and one for the 90cc and below. | |

| No the schoolboy will not be a part of the youth overall. Not fair for a 300 versus a 90. | |

| Wow they have to race in the youth race but not included in overall for that race. Sounds like some homemade rules. When are they ever goin to be able to build up to be able to ride 450 with the big boys. Let me guess their first 2 hour race will be on a 450. June 2011 Casey race school boy was 6th overall with big boys!!!!!! There needs to be option to race school boy youth or school boy adult. to have an $ 8000.00 quad and just race 45-60 minutes is stupid. oh i forgot the school boy mentioned above was just 11-1/2 years old at the time.. U go SHORTY goodluck in some other series in 2013 !!!!!!!!!!! | |

| I like the Idea of a possible youth and adult schoolboy class, but I think it would come down to numbers and what the AMA will allow. Also I did not say that the schoolboy class would not be elegible for an overall, just not the same one as the 90cc and lower class. I will run this by Mike and see what he thinks. We have talked about adding classes as the need dictates but it all comes down to numbers. Our first goal is to meet the contingency requirements for the racers to recieve the most that is being offered. If we would have lines that are in the twenty or so riders we would be open to adding more age groups to divide these up. The challenge and gain in experience is much better if starting on a line with eight or more riders than if only three or less. | |
